Rosie combines her formal qualifications with her skills and values to provide exceptional design and delivery of services including psychometric profiling, competency frameworks, assessor training, interview skills, workforce planning and transitional support. Individuals will benefit from Rosie’s wide-ranging experience in career counselling and support for sustainable return to work.

Additionally, Rosie is competent in facilitation and presentation of programs, design and delivery of tailored programs, psychometric assessment interpretation and synthesis, together with extensive client relationship management skills.

Valuing continued professional development, Rosie is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the SA Branch Committee, the SA Committee for the APS College of Organisational Psychologists and has also delivered various training sessions and workshops.
