nb&a turns 17!
It has been quite the journey since natalie bottroff & associates had its first day in business on 14 July 2003.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has been a part of it thus far. Whether as a staff member, client, colleague, supporter or mentor, each and every one of you have played a vital part in the growth of our business.
In addition to the highlights shown, there have been many other significant moments along the way. From the growth in our service delivery to include vocational services, allied health provision and workplace training to development of tools including the Mental Health Task Analysis, we have always sought to find innovative, sustainable ways to support various physical and mental health conditions.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to participate on various panels, boards and advisory groups. Each one has given me the chance to further industry development and to learn and grow in business. Together, we have challenged and changed the industry and I am proud of what we have achieved.
I have also been incredibly lucky to meet and collaborate with some inspirational people from around the globe through speaking engagements, the book launch and participation at forums and events.
I feel as a group we have done much to assist and support the return to work industry—my goal when setting out 17 years ago—and we will continue to strive for excellence in return to work.
