With a strong clinical foundation and a passion for mental health, Laura brings diverse experience to her role as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant. She is a Registered Nurse with a background in both emergency and community settings, and has worked extensively with complex and vulnerable populations, including veterans, individuals experiencing chronic health conditions, and clients under the NDIS.

Laura is known for her compassionate and practical approach, supporting individuals through recovery, adjustment, and return-to-work processes. Her work is grounded in empathy and evidence-based care, and she is committed to identifying both barriers and enablers to progress, drawing on her background in assessment, clinical intervention, and case coordination.

Having worked across hospital emergency departments, rehabilitation services, aged care, and community organisations, Laura offers a holistic view of health and wellbeing. She is highly skilled in vocational and psychosocial assessments, developing person-centred care plans, and liaising with a broad network of stakeholders to deliver coordinated support.
