Natalie is a respected facilitator, educator, and mental health advocate who is passionate about the power of conversation to create meaningful and lasting change. She believes that individuals, teams, and communities thrive when people feel heard, valued, and genuinely connected. This belief has shaped her career and driven her commitment to building the confidence, capability, and compassion of others to navigate conversations that matter.

With extensive experience across mental health, occupational rehabilitation, psychological injury management, compensation schemes, and suicidality, Natalie brings a unique blend of practical expertise, strategic thinking, and genuine empathy to her work. She is known for her ability to facilitate complex and often challenging conversations, helping individuals and organisations navigate sensitive issues, differing perspectives, and barriers to recovery with clarity, respect, and purpose. Her collaborative approach fosters trust, strengthens relationships, and delivers practical, sustainable outcomes.

As a Principal Master Instructor in Mental Health First Aid, Natalie delivers engaging and impactful learning experiences that equip professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise and respond to mental health concerns in workplaces and communities.

Beyond her professional roles, Natalie is deeply committed to supporting vulnerable members of the community. She volunteers with the Hutt Street Centre, serves as Chair of the Homicide Victims Support Group, and provides court support to victim-survivors through the Attorney-General’s Department. These experiences further strengthen her understanding of trauma, recovery, resilience, and the importance of human connection.

Natalie is recognised for her ability to bring people together, foster constructive dialogue, and create environments where individuals feel supported to learn, grow, and achieve positive change.
