Celebrating 21 years of nb&a group
July 1 marks the 21st anniversary of nb&a group's formation. From our humble beginnings in a home-based office with our first client, Hills Industries, for auditing, we have grown significantly. nb&a group is a well-rounded organisation that combines creativity and solid applications in our service delivery. Proudly South Australian, we continue to uphold the values of good old-fashioned service. Here's to many more years of growth and success!
Welcome Ross and Natalija
We are pleased to announce two new staff members have joined the team at nb&a: Mental Health Coach and Consultant Ross Mulcahy and Recovery and RTW Consultant Natalija Duric. Both Ross and Natalija bring extensive training and impressive knowledge and skills to their roles and look forward to working with our clients. Read about Ross and Natalija in their profiles.

Administrative Professionals Day
Friday 3 May was Administrative Professionals Day in Australia, and Lauren Wood and Della James were invited to attend an exclusive event to celebrate. Hosted by AEAIN (Adelaide Executive Assistant Influencer Network) and held at Hotel Alba, this networking event was a perfect opportunity for Lauren and Della to share insights and build valuable connections.

Each year, we renew our commitment to professional development. In 2022, this meant monthly group coaching conversations overseen by Carolyn Mounce and Dr Paul Pers of Momenta HQ.
Blended Online MHFA Community
MHFA's 100% online accredited course. While we love face-to-face delivery, the online course has provided an excellent way to continue to upskill.
Partnering with Sport SA
We are delighted to be partnering with Sport SA to be part of delivering Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Awareness to its members in 2022 and 2023.
Speaking engagements and presentations

Winner - Service Provider of the Year, SISA Awards 2015
We are extremely proud to be a joint winner of the SISA 'Service Provider of the Year' Award 2015, shared with Belinda Dwyer, Direct Occupational Therapy, for services provided under our Back on Track Mental Health Occupational Therapy program. This is the second award for this unique program. Great work team!
Gold Status
nb&a group have achieved Gold Status under the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Skilled Workplaces Initiative.

nb&a group are very proud to support a number of charities and not for profit organisations. Some organisations we have supported to date are DEBRA Australia Ltd, Northern Domestic Violence Service (NDVS) and Daniel Morcombe Foundation Inc.

Congratulations to Rod Filsell, a client of nb&a rehab, who was nominated and selected as a finalist for the WorkCover SA Return to Work Achievement Award.
